Scientific Conference

An international scientific and practical conference-presentation with participation of world-renowned contemporary glass artists, “World Studio Glass: Tradition and Experiment” will be held as part of the 13th International Blown Glass Symposium in Lviv on October 6–9, 2025.

Renowned glass artists from the USA, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Japan, Poland and Ukraine will present their work at the conference. The presentations will raise important issues concerning the development of contemporary studio glass, the impact of new technologies on traditional methods of glass art processing, and cultural dialogue.

Presentations will take place daily from 3:00 p.m. at the LNAA Gallery, 35a Kubiyovycha Street. Free admission.
