Andriy Bokotey Award

Award ceremony of the Andriy Bokotey Award 2024-2025

The competition for the Professor Andriy Bokotey Award has been held in Lviv since 2018 to support young Ukrainian glass artists. Forty-two professional artists and students have participated in the previous five competitions, presenting 96 unique compositions. This year's award is organized by the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine, the Lviv National Academy of Arts, the Glass Museum in Lviv, and the Pilchuck Glass School (USA).

The competition entries are evaluated by a jury consisting of renowned artists from Ukraine, the USA, Lithuania, and China. The jury is chaired by Viktor Sydorenko, President of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine.

The award ceremony for the 2024-2025 Prize winner will take place at the LNAA Gallery on October 10, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. The prize is a two-month residency at the Pilchuck Glass School in Seattle (USA) in October-November 2026, as well as travel and accommodation expenses and a scholarship of US$2,000.
